Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time
Standard shipping takes 6–14 business days after processing. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 7–15 business days.

Christmas delivery cutoff
To receive your calendar before December 1st, place your order by November 14th. Orders placed after this date may not arrive in time to start the countdown. We recommend ordering early — carrier volume in December can add several days.

Shipping cost
Free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show its first scan — this is normal and doesn't mean your package is lost.

Delays
Occasionally packages are delayed by weather, customs, or carrier backlogs. If your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days of shipping, email us at contact@warmworks.us and we'll sort it out.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute a package once it ships, and orders returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address are refunded minus shipping.
